This policy describes information associated with your use of SpanishForMexico. The current site does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or an affiliate click-tracking service.

Information you provide

If you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. We use this information to respond to questions, investigate corrections, and address requests. Please do not submit sensitive information or details you do not want us to receive.

Hosting and contact processing

When deployed on Netlify with form handling enabled, Netlify processes contact submissions on our behalf. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and future analytics

We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies through this site’s application code. We may add analytics or other tools in the future to understand site usage. Before doing so, we will update this policy to identify the tools, information collected, and applicable choices, and implement any consent controls required for their use.

Future affiliate tracking

We may add affiliate links in the future. A provider or affiliate network may use cookies or similar technologies after you follow those links to attribute a purchase. We will disclose commercial links, and the provider’s own privacy policy will govern activity on its site. No affiliate tracking requests are currently sent by our CTA components.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell the information you submit through the contact form. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site or disclosed where required by applicable law. We aim to retain contact messages only as long as needed to address the conversation and legitimate recordkeeping needs, then delete them through the relevant service.

Your choices

You may ask about information you have submitted or request its correction or deletion by using the contact form. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and your location.
